ABOUT THE OWNER

My name is Matt MacNaughton. I have been a L2 CrossFit trainer, precision nutrition coach, and entrepreneur for the last five years. My passion for health and fitness has lead me to the sport of CrossFit both in competitive and coaching capacities. My experience coaching a diverse range of athletes has allowed me to enhance my skills, expand my creative thinking, and develop empathy for individuals on their unique fitness paths. Efficiency is a passion of mine, and it forms the foundation of my workout programs and coaching strategy to effectievely integrate into your busy life.
My fitness philosophy is grounded in the idea that you should always have the freedom to say "yes" to life's opportunities. Whether that "yes" involves piggybacking a grandchild from the park, embarking on a hike with friends, or hybrid athlete feats like squatting over 400lbs and running a half marathon in the same day.
